They specifically refer to the following services which may be purchased or accessed on our website.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site.
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

Please keep in mind that all shipping times are estimates before a handling and processing period of 2 – 7 business days.
Please note that during final sales and holiday seasons delivery times can be longer than usual.
A signature will be required to accept delivery, so we recommend you use an address to ensure someone is there to sign for the delivery.
Please note as all orders must be signed for by the recipient. If you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left. Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If its not collected within this time period, it will be returned to sender.
Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs, or where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

You have the right to return all products you have bought from Find Your Food Adventure® on www.findyourfoodadventure.com for a full refund or credit note as long as the product is retuned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 30 days.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging, and we may not therefore be able to exchange them.
Please note that when you return any product you must cover the shipping charges.
Before shipping the return products please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanatory note which includes your order number, name and reason for return. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request within 14 days, if everything is alright with the product and packaging.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit during the return shipping.
For international customers any custom duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.

TYPES OF BOOKINGS
FYFA Gift Card
A FYFA Gift Card is a voucher with a Euro value that can be used as currency to purchase any Food Adventure from the FYFA Platform with a validity time.
Food Adventure Gift Card
A Food Adventure Gift Card is a voucher for a special Food Adventure with an individual validity time.
Food Adventure Ticket
A Food Adventure Ticket is a ticket to a food adventure on a specific date.
You will receive all our gift cards and tickets as e-vouchers/tickets. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you have received the email entitled “Confirmation of your booking”. FYFA Gift Card Vouchers and Food Adventure Gift Cards after activation, as well as Food Adventure Tickets have to be printed out and shown on arrival.
When you purchase and/or use the FYFA services you accept and become legally bound by FYFA Terms and Conditions. Please do not proceed to purchase/use FYFA services until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 2. Gift Card Refund
FYFA Gift Cards are non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
3. Gift Card Exchange
If you have purchased a Food Adventure in form of a Gift Card and you are not completely satisfied with the choice: The purchaser or recipient of a Food Adventure Gift Card, at any time during the validity period, has the ability to make an exchange.
- Exchanges are only permitted for valid vouchers that have not been used, i.e. where an experience date has not yet been requested.
- Any Food Adventure Gift Card purchased with exchanged credit will maintain the original expiry date of your exchanged gift card.
- If you exchange your Gift Card for a food adventure of lesser value, any remaining balance will be held in credit and will be subject to the same expiry date as the original. If you exchange for a food adventure of higher value, you will be you will be able to pay the difference at the checkout.
In respect of services it is the independent Food Experience Providers who provides the Food Adventures to you following the redemption of the Gift Card; FYFA is not the provider of the experience (see part 8. Providers of Food Adventures). Subject to the Food Experience Providers recommended booking notice period, cancellation policy or weather guidelines you may be entitled to a refund of whole or part of the purchase price depending on the circumstances of each case.
4. Transfer of Gift Cards
All valid and unused Gift Cards are fully transferable. FYFA accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers. It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Voucher(s).
5. Lost Gift Cards
You should treat the voucher as if it were cash. Neither we nor the food experience providers are responsibly for lost or stolen vouchers.
If a FYFA Gift Card is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them.
Conditions for replacement of lost FYFA Vouchers:
- The voucher is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or used.
- Proof of purchase is provided
- FYFA is able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.
Please note it is the voucher purchaser’s responsibility to obtain and provide FYFA with all required verification details. Failure to do so will mean no replacement voucher can be issued.
6. Expiry & Extensions
Gift Cards must be booked and taken within 12 months of purchase.
Once an FYFA Gift Card has expired FYFA is under no obligation to offer an extension; however, in exceptional circumstances, we assess such requests on a case-by-case basis. Extension requests are reviewed closely by our Customer Experience Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note; any extension requests for a Food Adventure that is over the 6 month expiry date can’t be considered.
Expired Gift Cards are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of FYFA.
The expiry date is clearly displayed on all FYFA Gift Cards.
7. Delivery and Confirmation
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address FYFA services by email.
FYFA cannot be held responsible for any missing or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete details (e.g. email address) that have been provided.
FYFA is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a Food Adventure Gift Card or Booking via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If the recipient does not receive the email Voucher or Booking confirmation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to send vouchers to an alternative email address. Alternatively, we can change the delivery method which would incur the normal delivery fee of that service.
8. Providers of Food Adventures
- Food Adventures are sold by FYFA as agent for businesses that provide food experience services to customers (‘Food Experience Providers’).
- FYFA is not a provider of such services or experiences and has no responsibility for any services or experiences provided or not provided by the food experience provider or any other party.
- The food experience providers provide services directly to customers.
- FYFA makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided.
- All Food Adventures are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each experience provider and these FYFA terms and conditions.
- FYFA does not control the business operations of any food experience provider.
- FYFA makes no guarantees or warranties about the services that are provided to you by the experience providers.
9. FYFA Liability
- No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any food experience provider or third party.
- No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any food experience provider or third party.
- Where FYFA’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the food adventures purchased.
10. Availability of Food Adventures
All food adventures are offered by food experience provider’s subject to availability. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance. Bookings are not finalized until you have received the email entitled “Confirmation of your booking”. Please be advised that some experiences display availability dates on the website. These dates may be guidelines only and are subject to change. We suggest that if you plan to purchase a ticket/gift card for a date listed at short notice, you contact us to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction.
All food adventures are subject to removal from our website at any time without notice.
In the event that a food adventure is removed from the site and the food experience provider is no longer honoring bookings, a FYFA Credit for the value of the food adventure will be given to the purchaser. FYFA Credit will have the same expiry date as the original food experience.
Where a refund is requested the refund will be processed back to the purchaser only for the original amount paid excluding any transaction fees. Where the original purchase was made by FYFA Gift Card can only be exchanged for FYFA Store Credit.
FYFA accepts no liability for the removal of experiences from the website.
11. Contact Details Given
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your email address and other contact details correctly when you complete the food experience booking process on a FYFA website. Failure to do so may result in loss or incorrect delivery of the email confirmation of your food adventure. As the food experience provider will be expecting you, you may end up forfeiting your booking, or voucher (subject to the food experience provider’s terms and conditions).
12. Booking Cancellations
Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the food experience provider. Our food experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. In the case of short notice cancellations by you, you may lose your booking completely if the food experience provider is unable to fill your space. If a food experience provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible about the alternative date. FYFA will not reimburse any travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation.
Many food adventures are weather dependent. You will have the food experience provider’s details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed food adventure. We suggest you call on the morning of your food adventure if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. You are required to reschedule as the booking is non-refundable.
14. Complaints of Problems during Your Food Adventure
If you have a problem or a complaint on the day of your food adventure, please bring this to the food experience provider’s attention immediately so that issues may be addressed on the spot, where possible
15. Self-responsibility for insurance
The price of the services does not include insurance. You are responsible for providing sufficient insurance protection. The requirement for insurance depends on the food adventure booked. We make no warranty or representation about the Food Experience Providers or services whatsoever.
16. Descriptions of Experiences and Gift Products
Independent food experience providers provide the information about their experiences. We try to ensure that our promotional information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the content or format of some food experiences may change slightly from time to time. The food experience provider (upon confirmation of each booking) will provide the final details about each food experience. The food experience provider will notify you of any subsequent changes. Your participation in each experience is conditional upon your acceptance of the food experience provider’s terms and conditions at the time your booking is confirmed by the food experience provider.
17. Experience Session Length
Food Adventure session lengths are approximate and are given by food experience providers as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the food experience provider’s other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.
18. Restrictions on Taking Food Adventures
Certain food adventures provided by food experience providers are subject to minimum age, or other restrictions. These restrictions are outlined on the relevant food adventure information page. Please read this information carefully. It is your responsibility to understand any restrictions prior to confirming your booking. If you are later forced to cancel due to restrictions, you may be liable for charges by the provider of your food adventure or forfeit the food experience all together.
19. Promotional Offers
FYFA offers promotional discounts and special offers from time to time (‘Promotional Offers’ or ‘Promotional Codes’). If you have a Promotional Code, it should be entered at the final payment screen where prompted. By redeeming any of FYFA’s Promotional Codes or Promotional Offers, you agree to accept and comply with all of the following terms and conditions of use.
20. Intellectual property rights
As between you and FYFA the Website is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. You may access and view the Website, but not incorporate it into other websites, and not copy, present, license, publish, download, upload, send or make it perceptible in any other way without our prior written consent.
